Built around an old tree that thrusts through the floor creating a natural leafy canopy on the upper deck and taking full advantage of its location and Sanur’s cooling breeze, the design is minimalist with rich darker woods throughout, with coloured accents contrasting with the light marble and stone.
The drinks menu is as impressive as the design with a choice that extends from classic and creative cocktails – such as Coco Toblerone and Spicy Ginger, to a large selection of wines by the glass, beers and spirits, as well as mocktails like the colourful Sunshine Colada. The food is tapas style with favourites like nachos, salt & pepper squid, Vietnamese spring rolls and siomai prawn made fresh to order.
