Every Saturday and Sunday, guests can devour gourmet dishes from five continents through six magnificent show kitchens that present an epicurean extravaganza. Serving everything buffet style, anyone can choose and pick whatever dish appeals to them the most. InterContinental’s signature trollies are a treat with beautiful stacks of smoked salmon and caviar on Melba toast, homemade Bloody Mary and Crepe Suzette. The weekend brunches are open from 12pm to 3pm.
