Savour the flavours of the world with Seaside Sunday Brunch at Ikan Restaurant, where elevated beachfront dining meets the soul of Bali’s coastline.

This weekend marks the highly anticipated debut of the Seaside Sunday Brunch at Ikan Restaurant, the signature beachfront restaurant at The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali. Inspired by the island’s relaxed coastal charm and global culinary influences, the brunch invites guests to unwind and indulge in a refined weekend experience with unlimited small plates, vibrant live entertainment and sweeping views of the Indian Ocean.

Located right on the beach, Ikan recently unveiled an exciting new menu under the direction of Chef Raviel Sidik, the newly appointed head chef. With a passion for locally sourced produce and a flair for contemporary cooking, Chef Raviel brings a fresh and dynamic approach to the resort’s beachfront dining destination.

Guests are welcome to join the brunch from noon to 4pm, with an abundant selection of small plates that are thoughtfully crafted for sharing and discovering new flavours together. Those wishing to elevate the experience may opt for an upgrade, which includes a curated seafood platter or free-flow premium sparkling beverages.

On arrival, guests are welcomed with a refreshing mocktail, followed by complimentary coffee and tea throughout the brunch. Additionally, guests can enjoy full access to the resort’s beachfront facilities and main swimming pool.

Families are warmly welcomed with engaging children’s activities, including face painting, a bouncing castle and magic moments with a roaming magician. Meanwhile, adults can relax to the relaxing sounds of a live violin performance, creating a soothing soundtrack for a Sunday by the sea.

The brunch experience is priced at IDR695,000++ per person, which includes the welcome drink and all standard offerings. For those seeking an extra touch of indulgence, the Bubble Brunch is available at IDR1,190,000++ per person, featuring a selection of premium sparkling beverages. Children aged under six years can dine for free.

After brunch, guests are invited to linger with extended live entertainment and happy hour specials at Ikan Bar, available from 4 to 6pm.

Looking ahead, Ikan will also present Terra Firma Dining, an exclusive culinary event featuring guest celebrity chef Charly Pretet from Australia. Renowned for his elemental, fire-driven cooking style, Chef Charly brings a bold, back-to-basics approach that perfectly complements the restaurant’s commitment to fresh, coastal-inspired dining.
