Located at the uber-exclusive Mandapa, a Ritz-Carlton Reserve, Ambar Ubud Bar is a stunning open-air bar overlooking the lush Jungle forests. Taking its inspiration from meticulous Japanese crafts, the bar takes your dining and drinking experience to another level.
Perfectly adorned in wooden architecture to bring comfort to a traditional Balinese home, Ambar Ubud Bar promises an enchanting memory that lasts a lifetime. The food menu features modern Japanese small plates like the well-known toro tartare and the cool udang salad topped with tonkatsu. The resort works with Singapore-based Proof Creative to develop a collection of curated conceptual concoctions for the drinks.
The cocktails are divided into separate sections. The Belantara features hand-selected ingredients from the nearby forest in its cocktails, while the Fruits of the Forest focuses on classic drinks that have been given inventive new twists and various spirits. Last but not least, the Canopy Collection offers a variety of the bar’s unique signature drinks.
