Signature highlights include Rawon Fried Rice with bone marrow, which reinvents a classic East Javanese dish; grilled wagyu brisket satay Rembiga, which adds a rich twist on Lombok’s famous satay; and braised oxtail soup, a comforting staple prepared with high technique.
