Enmaru is situated on the 46th floor of The Plaza in Jakarta, providing an inviting atmosphere enhanced by lively conversation and the aroma of grilled seafood. The restaurant embodies the spirit of izakaya dining, fostering a communal experience where dishes are meant to be shared.
It features two private dining rooms that accommodate up to eight guests, reflecting Japan’s understated dining culture. Under the guidance of Executive Chef Takashi Tomie, the kitchen emphasises precision and seasonal ingredients. The menu includes offerings such as Japanese bluefin tuna, foie gras and wagyu beef from Iwate Prefecture, alongside seasonal dishes that are light yet memorable.
