Their latest initiative arrives with Le Donne Eroiche del Vino Biologico – The Heroic Women of Organic Wine, an exclusive wine list comprising 22 Italian female vintners of remarkable pedigree.
This special selection boasts wines from vineyards across Italy, from Trentino’s alpine toils up north to the coastal island of Sicily just off the mainland’s toe. Beyond a showcase of diverse flavour profiles and cultural richness, this curation is rooted in uplifting local producers, underrepresented voices and maintaining the sustainability of organic viticulture.
Featuring names like Francesca Balestrieri, Maria Ernesta Berucci, Arianna Occhipinti and Caterina Sofia Mastella Allegrini among others, the wine list is available as pairings at all Il Ristorante – Niko Romito locations across all global destinations by the jeweller-turned-hotelier.
