Such was the anticipation surrounding the opening of Aulis that it was fully booked for its first six weeks before it was open!

The brainchild of British chef Simon Rogan, whose UK restaurants together hold four Michelin stars, including the two Michelin-starred L’Enclume in Cumbria, Aulis Hong Kong is a 12-seater chef’s table and development kitchen concept where an intimate and outstanding gastronomic journey is promised as guests are invited to fully surrender to the creativity of the chefs.

Located within Sino Plaza in Causeway Bay, expect the unexpected at Aulis Hong Kong with entertaining theatrics and interaction as the chefs use some of the world’s most advanced kitchen equipment to create highly progressive dishes tailored to the tastes and whims of the privileged guests, with dishes like sea urchin custard, pork, smoked eel and toasted hay and mackerel, radish with apple and dill.
