Famed Jakarta-based cookie maker Dough Lab is opening its first doors in Bali. This February, the brand most famous for its artisanal handcrafted cookies has served the first batch of its Canggu store. Not only that, the store will also serve its signature great coffee and premium soft-serve ice cream. The combination will also make way to another first: the Dough Lab Sundae, which is a skillet baked Duchess cookie topped with vanilla ice cream and caramel sauce.
The 12th offline store and the third city in the brand’s long journey in the past six years, the Canggu outlet will also introduce a new brand identity and concept. Nature-inspired, guests are encouraged to find their moments of blissful happiness while enjoying the delicious sweet treats in a serene, relaxing atmosphere. A beautifully designed space that embraces Bali’s ambience and greenery. The concept is one for the future, as its founders has envisioned this to be applied in all offline stores across all three cities.
