Nothing like having a warm iftar in a cold sunny day – which our good friends at Yugen Shabu & Sukiyaki are experts of.
The shabu-shabu specialty restaurant presents a curated iftar menu this holy month, consisting of eight dishes in total! Starting the meal with the house takjil and warm truffle somen noodles.
Innovative creations comes in the form of Hokkaido corn and corn croquette, before moving on to potatoes in the form of Jaga-jaga. Completing the whole dish is a bowl of steaming truffle gohan.
The penultimate plate is US ribeye, served in your preference – whether it’s shabu-shabu, sukiyaki, or grilled in crusted dome. Lastly, cleanse the heaviness with a scoop of homemade ice cream.
