Born from the mind of visionary Simon Kim, the Michelin-starred restaurant will take up residence at the highly anticipated COMO Metropolitan Singapore.
Drawing inspiration from its counterparts in New York and Miami, the menu at COTE Singapore will feature the iconic Butcher’s Feast, offering diners a chance to experience four cuts of quality meat and a variety of Korean-inspired side dishes. Designed by Modellus Novus, the restaurant promises an unforgettable dining experience through a combination of a smokeless grill on every table, the highest quality of premium cuts from COTE’s in-house dry ageing room to ensure every morsel of steak is hot, fresh, and caramelised to perfection. Completing the experience is an extensive wine list, a stylish cocktail bar with a variety of creative cocktails, and a music room.
