Since February 2023, new Executive Chef Maxime Luvara has taken hold of the kitchen at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong and not let go. 

From his birth in Italy to his childhood in France, Chef Luvara has harnessed the best of both worlds of the two culinary meccas. As a seasoned executive chef in luxury hotels and restaurants worldwide, Luvara is eager to bring more than 30 years of culinary experience from renowned venues including three-Michelin-starred restaurant Le Louis XV in Monaco and Le Spoon des lles at the One&Only Le Saint Géran in Mauritius.

The impressive portfolio of Michelin-starred restaurants and luxury hotels around the world is not enough for Luvara, as the ambitious chef looks to bring yet another delectable list of culinary offerings to new heights. An enthusiast of simplicity, Luvara sets to bring a revamped menu and fusion of flavours to the well-established food and drink operation at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong. As best he can, he will inspire and lead the hotel’s culinary team to serve large banquets and corporate events and oversee and develop new menus for many Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong facilities, such as The Lounge, Executive Club, Gallery, ARGO and The Pool Terrace.
