As the festive season approaches, Altitude Grill is set to enchant diners with a sophisticated and indulgent Christmas dinner experience.
The festive feast commences with a delightful amuse-bouche featuring a tantalising crab cake adorned with Avruga caviar, umami mayo, and a luscious broccoli puree. Indulge in the warmth of the season with Altitude Grill’s Cauliflower Pottage. This velvety soup is artfully crafted, drizzled with chive oil and topped with a decadent cheese crumble, creating a symphony of comforting flavours that capture the season’s essence.
The ocean takes centre stage in the third course as the menu presents Seabass with Scallop La Plancha, accompanied by mouthwatering clam rice. The dish is elevated with a green chilli cream sauce and bursts of umami from the ikura, ensuring a fantastic seafood delight.
For meat lovers, the fourth course unveils an Angus tenderloin served with edamame puree and a luxurious truffle mushroom sauce. The succulent tenderness of the Angus beef, coupled with the earthy aroma of truffles, creates a heavenly combination that will undoubtedly be the highlight of the evening.
