Chupacabras, a distinguished South American grill nestled in the heart of Ubud, recently unveiled its much-anticipated all-you-can-eat beef brunch. This indulgent affair is an exciting collaboration with Westholme, the renowned Australian supplier of premium Wagyu Beef, and is available every Saturday from 12pm to 4pm.
This carnivorous feast debuted on 12 October 2024, offering discerning guests the chance to savour an exquisite selection of mouth-watering premium beef cuts, including wagyu, rib eye and striploin. This Saturday Brunch also invites guests to indulge in unlimited selections from a delectable beef-centric menu, including beef tongue, beef heart and liver made into pate.
Known for its nature-led approach, Westholme brings a distinctive unique depth of Northern Australian flavour to the wagyu. Chupacabras’ celebrated Executive Chef, Mauro Santarelli, together with his talented culinary team, will expertly prepare these exceptional cuts using the restaurant’s signature South American grilling techniques, ensuring a culinary experience like no other.
The Chupacabras x Westholme brunch is priced at IDR795,000++. To complement the feast, Chupacabras offers an additional drink package to go along with the brunch, starting from IDR450,000++.
