Known for its unparalleled fusion of global influences and inventive culinary artistry, Jade has elevated its offerings by launching 12 exquisite new dishes now featured on the regular dinner menu. 

Seared Salmon and Sesame Salad

Crafted by renowned Chef Todd English in collaboration with Executive Chef Dan Segall, the new menu pays tribute to the restaurant’s commitment to innovation while honouring the essence of high-quality ingredients. Highlights include the Yellow Curry Prawn Tempura, a creative twist on a classic dish featuring crispy prawns paired with creamy miso mustard and pistachio dukkah, delivering a perfect balance of crunch and creaminess. The Salmon Tartare Tacos offer a refreshing bite, combining the delicate flavours of salmon with avocado, torch ginger and kemangi crème fraîche, while the Charred Wagyu Tataki presents perfectly seared sirloin complemented by the umami richness of bonito ponzu and a hint of chorizo oil. 

Other notable dishes include the Seared Salmon & Sesame Salad, which artfully blends watercress, pomelo, ikura and a nutty white sesame dressing, and the Lacy Sweet Pea Gyoza, delicate dumplings served with a pea shoot salad and herb oil ponzu. For those seeking vegetarian options, the Paccheri in Coconut-Cashew Pesto stands out, featuring perfectly cooked pasta coated in a luscious coconut-cashew pesto with fresh basil, shaved asparagus and a drizzle of olive oil. 

Yellow Curry Prawn Tempura

The main courses are equally impressive, featuring the Singapore-style Prawn Mie, elevated with charred prawns and rich prawn bisque, and the Lemongrass Salmon Teriyaki, paired with burnt tomato salsa and creamy sesame tofu for a vibrant yet balanced flavour profile. The Cider-Brined Kurobuta Pork Chop is a must-try, boasting a tender, juicy cut served with caramelised pumpkin puree, black garlic mushrooms and a decadent cider butter sauce. 

Adding to the menu’s allure is the ‘Thirty-Flavor’ Baked Fried Rice, a medley of sautéed and pickled vegetables baked in a lotus leaf, offering a rich, umami-filled vegetarian option. The experience concludes with the White Chocolate & Green Tea Panna Cotta, an unforgettable dessert that blends the creamy sweetness of white chocolate with the subtle bitterness of green tea, topped with toasted sesame candy and refreshing strawberry sorbet.
