On 23rd and 24th February, the famed Indonesian hotelier Aryaduta Hotel Group made its first step in its major revamp by holding a menu launch event at Aryaduta Jakarta. As a key part of the group’s rebranding, talented local chef and restaurateur Chef Rinrin Marinka worked together with Aryaduta Hotels to design a signature menu of contemporary Indonesian cuisine that is set to delight Aryaduta’s guests. Chef Marinka is set to launch a total of 12 signature Indonesian cuisines for Aryaduta Hotels.
Jakarta-born Marinka studied French cuisine and patisserie at the prestigious Le Cordon Blue Institute in Sydney before returning to Indonesia. Since her return, Marinka has wowed the Indonesian culinary world with her bold new creations. Whilst preserving the authenticity of classic Indonesian cuisine, Chef Marinka applies her classic French culinary professional education, creating her own unique interpretation of contemporary Indonesian tastes.
Collaborating with local artists and celebrity chefs as its brand consultants, Aryaduta Hotel Group plans to transform its portfolio of hotels with unique culinary experiences and world-class upgrades of the existing hotels’ facilities.
