This December, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort invites you to celebrate the resort’s fifth anniversary while taking a culinary journey through an array of Italian delights with two special guest chefs. For the celebration, Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort invites two Michelin-starred Chefs Alfredo Russo and Pino Cuttaia from Italy to host three culinary showcases at the resort.

To kick off the resort’s fifth anniversary, on 1st December both chefs will prepare a seven-course degustation menu with signature dishes like Alfredo’s oyster ice cream with olive oil and soft egg with Pecorino cheese foam at the Fifth Anniversary Gourmet Degustation Dinner. Other highlighted dishes to look forward to are the wagyu beef with roots and truffle, foie gras of mortadella and snapper roll Beccafico-style with crispy caponata. Sultry singer Eva Scolaro and The Light Ensemble band will accompany the dinner with seductive jazz numbers throughout the evening.

On 2nd December, the culinary journey continues with two intimate master classes, where the chefs share their tips and tricks in cooking. One of the sessions is available for young people aged from 12 to 15 years old from 9.30am to 12.30pm, and the other is for adults from 3pm till 6pm.

Last but definitely not least, on 3rd December, the resort will commemorate the fourth anniversary of the famed and loved Feast Market Brunch. Sheraton Bali Kuta Resort invites diners to join this exclusive edition of Feast Market Brunch, specially enhanced by the appearance of the Michelin-starred chefs, sharing expertise on their signature dishes.
