As part of Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s dedication to sustainability, the hotel launched its Healthy Cookbook in conjunction with International Earth Day on April 22nd. The cookbook aims to encourage healthy eating while being mindful of our environmental impact.
With this in mind, the hotel aims to minimise food waste, cultivate a sustainable urban vegetable garden and offer healthy and sustainable culinary offerings to its guests at Sana Sini Restaurant. As part of its efforts to promote sustainability, the hotel sources only recycled and environmentally responsible products and purchases local food supplies from environmentally friendly farms.
The e-cookbook showcases 20 recipes which promote nourishing ingredients and environmentally friendly cooking methods. Available on Pullman Jakarta Indonesia’s website, the digital cookbook can be downloaded to a mobile device for easy viewing. The beautifully illustrated recipes in the e-cookbook feature healthy unprocessed products, organic vegetables and herbs.
