Four specialty drinks are on offer, with an emphasis on barrel-aged cocktails. Each drink is aged for 20 days in a barrel to create a smoother, more delectable taste. The barrel-aged negroni is made with dry gin, sweet vermouth and Campari, while the barrel-aged boulvardier is a beautiful concoction of bourbon, sweet vermouth and Campari. For those who prefer a sweeter taste, the barrel-aged rossita is created using tequila, dry vermouth, sweet vermouth and Campari. If you’re looking for something even smoother, the Black Wood is crafted from scotch whiskey, spiced rum, sweet vermouth, spiced syrup and angostura bitters.
