The restaurant sources its grain- or grass-fed beef from US and Australian sustainable farms, and the beef is dry-aged for 28 days in the restaurant’s kitchen. To satisfy your craving for meat, select from cuts like tenderloin, rib-eye and striploin. When the juicy goodness is ready, chefs will break down the beef into succulent cuts and prepare it for the final step. At Boy’N’Cow, simplicity is paramount. The chef lets the quality of the meat speak for itself by grilling the beef on a charcoal-fired gaucho grill with just a hint of oil and the brand’s signature rub.

Having said that, do not forget to sample the non-steak and beefless options! Starter options include the beef striploin carpaccio or foie gras served with toast and port grape jam.
