Interweaving your culinary experience with The Kelusa’s new creative programme.
Picturesquely nestled amidst the Payangan rainforest area in Bali, The Kelusa offers a dining destination and experience unlike any other. Part of the luxury getaway retreat Samsara Ubud, the restaurant pays homage to the neighbourhood of Kelusa village with top-notch bespoke service and excellent culinary offerings. The semi-open-air restaurant seamlessly blends the wondrous natural surroundings with chic and modern tropical interiors.
Always on hand to create new experiences for its guests, The Kelusa has created a series of events that interweave the culinary with the creative by collaborating with Belarusian watercolour artist Tatiana Efimova. From 5 November until 4 December 2022, guests can try the Cocktails of the Month offer, ranging from the Magic of Margarita to the Rose Pink.
Between 21 and 25 November, there’s the Wine and Botanical Art class for beginners. Tatiana will lead intimate groups of between three and 10 people on a painting journey that costs IDR800,000++ per person, which includes painting materials, light bites and free-flowing select wine, cocktail, beer and non-alcoholic beverages.
On 27 November, the weekend welcomes the Brunch, Brush and Bubbles event. Guests will be invited to enjoy an indulgent brunch dreamt up by Chef Iwan Sutrisno, alongside a watercolour painting class. Plates include a squash frittata, formed from butternut squash, tomatoes, wild rocket, and grana padano, though sweet tooths will prefer the ricotta hotcakes, topped with caramelized banana, ricotta cheese, and honey blossom.
