Respected Chef Lam Ming Kin from the Taipei restaurants Chou Chou and Longtail fame is coming to Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong to serve a taste of French Asian fusion. The latest pop-up restaurant collaboration will take place at the hotel’s The Lounge from 19th September to 23rd September.
Born and raised in Hong Kong, Chef Kin has been trotting all around the world honing his culinary skills before coming in full circle and coming back to his city of birth. His repertoire includes stints at Guy Savoy’s Le Chiberta in Paris and Jean Georges in New York, and owning the two aforementioned restaurants in Taipei.
Chef Kin is known to interpret French food with regional ingredients and local flavours of Taiwan, layering elements with an unmistakable Asian flair. Guests at Four Seasons Hotel Hong Kong will have a chance to savour his signature dish: whole roasted duck with spiced orange glaze, turnip and thyme.
