Jade River Chinese Restaurant at Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention has officially opened its doors to the public, serving warm authentic chinese cuisine in the breezy air of Gadog, Bogor.
Pullman Ciawi Vimala Hills Resort Spa & Convention has unveiled a new addition to Bogor’s culinary landscape with the opening of Jade River Chinese Restaurant, introducing the city’s first premium Chinese dining destination. Opening its doors on 30 October 2025, the restaurant highlights the richness of Chinese culinary tradition on the hill of Gadog, Bogor.
Located within the serene surroundings of Pullman Ciawi, Jade River was designed as a place where connection, flavour, and culture come together. Guests can enjoy signature dishes such as stuffed crispy ball mentaiko shrimp salad, double-boiled sea cucumber with fish maw, braised abalone and sea cucumber and roasted duck with Hoisin sauce. Complementing these are unique beverages like the Jade River Garden, Golden Chrysant Cordial and Mandarin Sunrise. Emphasising inclusivity, Jade River serves authentic Chinese cuisine crafted with no pork and no lard, ensuring that every guest can enjoy its dishes.
The restaurant’s design mirrors its philosophy. Blending modern oriental architecture with natural elements, Jade River features warm wood, gold accents and soft lighting. It accommodates up to 138 guests completed with an outdoor terrace overlooking lush greenery.
To celebrate its opening, Jade River offers an All-You-Can-Eat Dimsum Galore promotion from 30 October to 20 December 2025, available every Friday to Sunday and on public holidays. Guests can also enjoy exclusive dining privileges through Accor Plus and BCA cardholder offers.
