Chef de Cuisine Rafael Fernandes’ acclaimed OZONE brunch has long been impressive, but with the new Dom Pérignon Ultimate Brunch upgraded for the summer, it is simply stellar.
After rocketing up to the 118th floor, guests are greeted with the convivial sight of mountains of delicious fresh food and buckets of Dom Pérignon 2006 on ice and welcomed with a glass of bubbly and an oyster appetizer.
Served with typical flair and efficiency, the OZONE brunch features everything and more you would expect from a grand buffet. The scintillating cold station is where to find your serving of carved Joselito Pata Negra, but, spread throughout the venue, it also includes some of the best quality cheeses, charcuterie and salads in the city. The foie gras terrine is extraordinary!
The seafood selection features snow crabs, lobsters, prawns and mussels alongside fantastic sushi and sashimi. From the hot choices the New Caledonia blue prawns, Boston lobsters, wagyu beef, Spanish pork ribs and assorted sausages are mouth-watering and naturally there are a whole host of classic sweet and savoury brunch offerings like pancakes, waffles, pastries, eggs Benedict and much more.
