Bringing together flavours from all around Bali, the resort presents “Balinese Contemporary Dinner”, a seven-course Balinese-themed culinary experience at one of Marriott’s Top 100 Restaurants & Bars in the Asia Pacific.
Crafted by the resort’s own Executive Chef Wisnu Adiyatma, this dinner experience celebrates the complex and authentic flavours of Bali’s cuisine. The indigenous dishes include Lawar Kenus – freshly caught squid from Jimbaran seafood market seasoned with Balinese basa rajang dressing, Lumpia Kepiting – crispy spring rolls filled with crab from Tanjung Benoa, Sate Sampi Lalah Manis – sweet and spicy marinated beef skewer, Babi Guling – the famous Balinese suckling pig, and Bebek Betutu – slow-cooked, marinated duck in Balinese basa genep spices.
