The sign of a great Martini is when the palate isn’t overpowered by alcohol, and at Warisan, their Exotic Chocolatini is balanced so well that the Ketel One vodka can barely be tasted – the only giveaway that it’s in there being the wonderful warming sensation at the end of each sip. The secret is in the ingredients. The vodka is sweetened by a chocolate liqueur, a white chocolate flavouring and a rich chocolate sauce drizzled around the rim of the glass. It is then finished with a neat chocolate button dropped into the bottom of the glass for you to nibble on when it’s finished.
