Exquisite Picks: Where to Enjoy Negroni During #NegroniWeek2024 in Bali

Sip with purpose as Negroni Week celebrates the beloved cocktail while raising funds to empower the hospitality community and promote Slow Food principles.

Each September, Negroni lovers from around the globe raise their glasses not just for the iconic taste of the bittersweet cocktail, but for a cause greater than the sum of its carefully mixed parts. Since its humble beginnings in 2013, Negroni Week has become a worldwide celebration of innovation, solidarity and giving back, all while paying homage to a drink that’s as timeless as it is versatile.

This year marks the 12th edition of Negroni Week, taking place from 16 to 22 September, and it promises to be the biggest and boldest yet. The week-long event, which is sponsored by Campari and Imbibe Magazine, invites bars and restaurants from almost 80 countries to showcase their inventive takes on the traditional Negroni while collecting money for charitable causes.

At the heart of this initiative lies the Slow Food Negroni Week Fund, a collaboration with Slow Food, that aims to preserve cultural and biological diversity, promote education in food and beverage practices, and foster equity within the industry.

For bartenders, restaurateurs and cocktail enthusiasts, Negroni Week represents an opportunity to engage in something far beyond the bar. It’s a celebration of creativity, a chance to give back and a global movement to ensure that the future of food and drink is as sustainable as it is delicious.
