Mantra has always been known for its great cocktail scene, and recently, Max the Mixologist has upped his game with a total revamp of the bar menu. One of the instant bestsellers is the signature Flower Power, based on fresh grapes and fresh lime juice muddled together with rose and hibiscus syrup. The drink is then powered by a large measure of Finlandia Cranberry Vodka, balanced by a splash of cranberry juice and foamed up by a dash of pineapple. Double strained over crystal clear ice and served in a glass that makes it look like a can of Coke, the Flower Power is one of our favourite tipples in town.
