Starting at the award-winning di Mare Restaurant, diners are taken on a journey of flavours inspired by Karma Group resorts around the globe during lunch service. Chef Joseph’s Bamia is a flavourful goat leg okra stew made with spices found at Cairo’s bustling souk. Meanwhile, at dinner time, the restaurant is showcasing inventive modern Indonesian cuisine with a subtle twist of traditional Mediterranean flavours. The menu presents a diverse selection made up of four tantalising set menus and à la carte options alongside an impressive 30 vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free choices.
