Singapore, home of a thousand foodies, to open its first overseas outlet. Located in Maxwell Chambers and just a two minute walk from Tanjong Pagar MRT station the delightfully named Guenpin Fugu and Snow Crab Japanese Restaurant specialises in tora-fugu (tiger pufferfish) – the highest grade of fugu available on the market – and delicate snow crab available as sashimi, grilled or tempura style.
Offering á la carte and set menus, guests can enjoy the extraordinary fish as thinly or thickly sliced sashimi, deep-fried into karaage, grilled or in a hot pot served with Guenpin’s signature ponzu sauce.
