Dualism Bar Celebrates Negroni Week with Something New Yet Familiar

Dualism marks Negroni Week 2025 with limited-edition cocktails by Head Bar Teresza.

For Negroni Week 2025, Dualism is marking the occasion with a drink that is both familiar and quietly surprising. The bar introduces the Home Negroni, a limited-edition cocktail created by Dualism’s Head Bar, Teresza.

Created by Dualism’s Head Bar, Teresza, the Home Negroni offers a lighter, unexpected take on the timeless classic. It blends Campari, sweet vermouth, lemon juice, strawberry, rose and milk before undergoing a milk-wash process that clarifies the drink. The result is bittersweet, fruit-forward and softly refreshing, a cocktail that lingers with a sense of familiarity and ease.

Standing in contrast is Last Train, a bolder interpretation that leans on the structure of a Boulevardier. Built with Campari, bourbon, sweet vermouth, apple and smoked tare, it delivers depth and umami alongside a smoky finish. The drink carries a weight that feels final, the kind of cocktail chosen when the night is winding down but departure still hangs in balance.

Together, the pair reflects Dualism’s approach to cocktail design which is simple in form, yet layered with meaning and narrative. Home Negroni also represents Teresza’s official submission for Campari Red Hands APAC 2025, having already advanced beyond the first stage of selection.

With its dual offerings, Dualism adds a thoughtful chapter to this year’s global celebration, reminding guests that the Negroni, in all its variations, remains a drink not only of flavour but also of feeling.
