For Negroni Week 2025, Dualism is marking the occasion with a drink that is both familiar and quietly surprising. The bar introduces the Home Negroni, a limited-edition cocktail created by Dualism’s Head Bar, Teresza.
The idea behind the Home Negroni is simple: to revisit the classic while giving it a softer, more personal dimension. Built on the traditional trio of Campari, sweet vermouth and lemon juice, Teresza adds her own interpretation through strawberry, rose and milk. This process of milk-washing lightens the drink, stripping away sharp edges while adding a silky texture and clarity.
What emerges is a cocktail that feels at once recognisable and new. The bitterness that defines a Negroni remains, but here it is balanced with gentle fruit notes and floral tones. The finish carries a clean freshness, bright yet grounded, leaving behind a trace that lingers much like a familiar memory.
The Home Negroni is available exclusively at Dualism from 22 September to 18 October 2025. Beyond being a seasonal feature, it also represents Teresza’s official entry for Campari Red Hands APAC 2025, an annual programme celebrating creativity and innovation across the region’s cocktail scene. Her submission has already advanced past the first round of selection, placing both her and Dualism on the regional stage.
