June’s Alluring Flavours


During this May and June, Grand Hyatt Bali comes up with special culinary promotions that will entice your discerning palate. First in line is Salsa Verde restaurant, which showcases the taste of Sardinia, offering a variety of seafood, pork and meat. Imagine seared tuna salad with Sardinian flat bread, juicy shrimps and bell pepper soup, linguine with clams and white wine sauce, and pork and lamb chops. Then there’s the hotel’s Japanese pride, Nampu, which brings a touch of Chef Shozo Yoshioka’s hometown in Kyushu Island, Japanese. Chef Yoshioka’s specials include mackerel sashimi, simmered chicken gameni, ramen noodles with pork stock and pork belly, and fried chicken. Last but not least, Garden Cafe highlights the quintessence of Asian flavour: the curry. Chef Iwan Hapiz has chosen some of Asia’s most outstanding curries to savour, including Malaysian asam pedas fish curry, Thai duck red curry, Balinese sari segara seafood curry and laksa.
