This September, Kilo Jakarta takes part in the global celebration of Negroni Week by presenting three distinctive expressions of the classic cocktail. From 22 to 28 September, guests will be able to enjoy drinks that balance innovation, complexity and tradition, each carrying its own story in the glass.
The first is the Sbagliato Mango Negroni, a tropical twist on the well-known variant. Prosecco adds a sparkling lift, while mango foam and orange peel bring a fresh, fruit-forward character. The result is light, bright and refreshing, a reimagination that remains approachable while delivering something new.
For those who prefer something more layered, the Invictus Negroni offers depth and intensity. This cocktail combines several gins and vermouths, enriched with mandarin and patchouli infusions. Cantaloupe dice and orange zest complete the serve, creating a drink that is bold, aromatic and expressive of modern mixology.
Kilo also recognises the appeal of the original. Its Classic Negroni remains true to form, with dry gin, sweet vermouth, Campari and a touch of bitters, finished with a simple slice of orange. It is a reminder that some recipes endure for good reason.
