KITA 喜多 Restaurant is that perfect mix of traditional and modern, both through the design and the menu. The main dining room stages a vast open kitchen surrounded by an izakaya-style marble table facing the activities in the centre of the space. Sliding doors takes guests into the many complementing areas, such as the sake bar, the teppanyaki table, and the sushi and sashimi serving counter. Framed with wooden panels and ceilings, as well as window walls, each room bears its own enticing details. The experienced Japanese Executive Sous Chef Takeumi Hiraoka leads the KITA 喜多 Restaurant kitchen, crafting menus consisting of the different genres of Japanese cuisine, enhanced by modern twists.
