The Apurva Kempinski Bali introduces Locaflair, a new sustainable menu at Koral Restaurant. This innovative culinary initiative emphasizes its commitment to sustainability, highlighting the flavors of each season with hand-picked produce, allowing guests to savor garden-to-table delights.

The resort prioritizes supporting local communities by partnering with farmers, fishermen, and artisans for high-quality ingredients. By sourcing locally, it reduce transportation emissions and contributes to the local economy. Locaflair features a curated selection of sustainable seafood dishes, ensuring guests can enjoy seafood delicacies without compromising environmental integrity.

To minimize food waste, the resort implements portion control, creative ingredient utilization, and comprehensive composting and recycling programs. Waste is transformed into nutrient-rich compost for the hydroponic garden, completing the sustainable cycle.
