Now the brand is opening its first outlet in Bali, right in the heart of the always vibrant neighbourhood of Seminyak. Aiming to provide a modern-day oasis amidst the hustle and bustle of the vicinity, Mrs Sippy Bali sees local stones, timbers, bricks and custom tiles to create a tropical retro feel but with modern vibe. With a 800sq.m. saltwater pool and diving platform as the central piece of the venue, Mrs Sippy is a reminiscent of a Mediterranean-style escapade destination. Guests will find themselves all relaxed after taking a glance at the gardens and shady palm trees, and pick a spot at one of the daybeds or cabanas.
The dishes and cocktails are designed to be light, fresh, fun and above all, flavoursome. Executive Chef Jonay Arnas offers menu that includes wood-fired seafood, pizza and light bites, not to mention the innovative fruity cocktails to beat the heat and enjoy by the pool.
