Led by Chef Mauro Santarelli, who is continuously inspired by his travels, the culinary team curates a rich range of South American dishes and elevate them with Indonesian twists and quality ingredients. The large open kitchen showcases open-flame grill as the centrepiece – a preview of the organic, smoky goodness that awaits.
With a wide variety of delicacies on offer, Chupacabras is best enjoyed with a group of family or friends, allowing numerous dishes to be shared among loved ones. Delectable highlights include Buñuelos Colombianos – fried dough fritter with tomato jam filling and white truffle mayo on top; Pesca Del Dia A Las Brasas – grilled catch of the day grilled served with garlic oil, black garlic mousse and sweet potato purée; the wagyu flank steak; and of course, tres leches for dessert.
