Created by Benjamin Cross of Canggu’s famed Mason, the restaurant is an elegant space that evokes the chicness of a Parisian neighbourhood. The kitchen is helmed by Head Chef Keir Ballantyne, who offers a selection of dishes that blend timeless French techniques with locally sourced ingredients to add subtle nods to the elements of the local region. More than just an ordinary restaurant, Bar Vera’s cocktail programmes are masterminded by award-winning Bar Director Zac de Git. Taking inspiration from his travels, the cocktails are equally refreshing and potent to mimic the fine drinking traditions from around Europe, complemented by an extensive wine list of diverse European wines.
