The renowned Padma Resort Legian Chef brings an inventive perspective on afternoon tea.
Get ready to be transported into tropical paradise while enjoying the luxuries of home. The artistic executive chef of Padma Resort Legian, Pang Yoon Hwa, has introduced a fresh take on afternoon tea, right in the heart of Legian’s lush forest. The renowned chef leaves no dish without care, and he puts as much detail as he can into every unique creation. Taking inspiration from the surrounding greenery of Bali, Padma Resort Legian takes pride in presenting ingredients from the resort’s very own garden. The afternoon tea is served daily from 2pm to 6pm, with reservations required a minimum of 4 hours in advance.
An array of over 20 treats are on offer at the newly announced afternoon tea, showcasing an exquisite assortment of sweet and savoury delights. Among the expected favourites in the sweet collection are the unique mushroom-shaped Black Forest Cake, Raspberry Pistachio Cake, Lemon Mint Cake and more. You might prefer to indulge in the savoury bites of Truffle Salmon Tartare or savour the earthy notes of the Harvest Mushroom. Many more are available to suit your preferences. Each choice is crafted to be bite-sized and presented in a way that enhances its flavour.
An enchanting selection of tea flavours is on offer, carefully chosen to compliment each delectable bite. Some of the homemade tea blends come in the fashion of Chrysanberry, Pale Ruby and Purple Velvet.
