A smorgasbord of dining surprises this Ramadan at Nusa Dua’s ultimate family-friendly destination.
Continuously setting itself as the industry’s trendsetter, The Westin Resort Nusa Dua, Bali has prepared an array of dining delights for its guests. On 18 April, the famed Mil’s Kitchen in Yogyakarta will make an appearance to collaborate with the resort’s own Chef Kurniawan at Ikan Restaurant. Offering a five-course menu, diners are sure in for some amazing treats with choices ranging from barramundi and US short ribs.
During the duration of Ramadan, Ikan Restaurant is also the place for your iftar by offering a special menu such as octopus mangut, gulai ikan kakap and more. For something sweet, the newly-appointed Executive Pastry Chef Antonio Yang is collaborating with a local partner, RAIA, to create delectable baked goods that contain no preservatives and no artificial flavours, and are available to buy at the resort’s Lobby Lounge & Bar.
