This August, Amici by Enrico Bartolini in Seminyak invites food enthusiasts on a delicious journey through the tastes and traditions of Italy. With new seasonal creations, hands-on culinary sessions, and exclusive events, it’s the time to discover the heart of Italian cuisine in Bali.
The Dish of the Month is Spaghetti Rape e Cozze, a combination of black mussels, turnip tops, and stracciatella cheese atop Liguori Spaghettoni Quadrati. To complement it, the Cocktail of the Month, Tropical de Coco, offers a refreshing mix of rum, coconut liqueur, pineapple, elderflower, and coconut foam.
Amici also presents two special collaborations this August. On 9 August, Head Chef Alessandro D’amico will showcase his signature Ravioli alla Vaccinara and Filetto al Gorgonzola at Padma Resort Ubud’s Pool Café and Bar from 6.30pm. Then, on 26 August, Head Mixologist Buda will host a vibrant Bar Takeover at Fisherman’s Club, Andaz Bali.
Closer to home in Seminyak, guests can enjoy two weekly activities. Every Tuesday, the Pizza A Modo Tuo experience invites diners to craft their own artisanal pizza, with a drink included. For a deeper dive into Italian cooking, join the Pasta Class, where guests make fresh pasta by hand before enjoying a chef-curated lunch.
