From August 16th to 31st, 2023, indulge in a limited-time menu crafted by Chef Fernando and Sudestada’s executive chef, Victor Taborda. The festivities kick off on the opening day with the unique Kambing Guling Platter and Kambing Guling Tacos. These dishes set the tone for the culinary journey, where Biromaru Chicken, Grilled Striploin, Salad Nusantara, and Nasi Minyak showcase the harmonious fusion of tastes.
