The Langham, Hong Kong, in collaboration with Danish jewellery brand PANDORA, is hosting Party in Paradise and bringing its classic afternoon tea to another level all through August at the hotel’s Palm Court. To pay homage while introducing PANDORA’s High Summer 2018 collection, the hotel’s Executive Pastry Chef David Puig has created meticulous sweet and savoury creations inspired by the jewellery brand’s iconic charms and signature style. The sweet bites are served in an elegant white and pink leather box, reminiscent of PANDORA’s distinctive jewellery boxes, while the savoury items come in the classic three-tier English afternoon tea stand.
The afternoon tea offer is available in classic and deluxe options. Opt for the deluxe menu to enjoy ColourWheel, a wonderful and whimsical creation comprising French macaron and yuzu ganache resembling the standout pieces of PANDORA’s latest collection, and also a glass of Perrier-Jouët, NV, Brut Champagne. In addition, guests who purchase any of the tea sets will receive a chic PANDORA tote bag.
In addition to Party in Paradise, The Langham, Hong Kong is also making summer even more fun and sweet this August as the hotel’s Main St. Deli teams up with Garrett Popcorn to prepare signature bites and incorporate Garrett Popcorn’s flavours to the deli’s much-loved desserts. The macadamia caramel brownie, for example, is coated with milk chocolate and crushed macadamia nuts and topped with macadamia caramel crisp Garrett Popcorn. Another dish is the Chicago cheesecake, comprising baked cheesecake with shortbread crust bottom topped with toffee sauce and The Chicago Mix Garret Popcorn of cheddar and caramel flavour.
