At the helm of TELU’s operations is Bar Manager Jan Jurecka, whose passion for sustainability shines through in every aspect of the menu. Committed to the resort’s zero-waste principle, over 80 percent of the ingredients used in TELU’s cocktails are home-grown or locally sourced, supporting the surrounding community while minimising environmental impact.

One standout creation from TELU’s menu is the Down To Earth cocktail, a silky-smooth concoction inspired by the harmony of nature. Crafted with gin, spirulina, matcha, passion fruit, guava, honey nectar and coconut milk whey, this libation not only tantalises the taste buds but also celebrates the beauty of the earth in every sip.

What sets the Down To Earth cocktail apart is its underlying cause – a portion of the profits from its sales goes towards supporting Sungai Watch, a local charity mission dedicated to preserving Bali’s waterways and marine ecosystems.
