The programme is offered under the theme Prosperity Staycation, combining accommodation, dining, and traditional celebrations suitable for families, couples, and groups.
The Prosperity Staycation package is available from 15-17 February 2026, priced at IDR1,280,000 nett per room per night. The package includes a stay in a Superior Room, breakfast for two at Anandaras All Day Dining, Chinese New Year–themed welcome drink and amenities, and one Angpao Voucher per room for spa discounts. Guests also enjoy complimentary access to the swimming pool, gym, indoor and outdoor children’s play areas, and shuttle service to nearby malls or destinations.
The highlight of the celebration is the Chinese New Year Buffet Brunch on 17 February 2026. The programme begins with a Barongsai performance in the hotel lobby, followed by a Yu Sheng ceremony symbolising prosperity and good fortune. During lunch hours, the Barongsai continues to perform, moving from the lobby to Anandaras All Day Dining, allowing guests to enjoy the buffet alongside live cultural performances.
The buffet features a wide selection of Chinese New Year dishes, including cold appetisers, Chinese soup, longevity noodles, steamed fish, dumplings, dim sum, Peking duck, and various desserts such as nian gao, traditional cakes, puddings, and tropical fruits. A Yu Sheng station is also included as part of the dining experience.
For non-staying guests, the Chinese New Year Buffet Brunch is available at IDR270,000 nett per person, served from 11am-3pm. Through this programme, Avenzel Hotel & Convention aims to offer a complete and accessible way to celebrate Chinese New Year in a comfortable and festive setting.
