Singapore’s Smoulder bakery is all about serving up bite-sized pleasures – miniature desserts that you can enjoy on-the-go, in the bakery or at home. And because their desserts are slightly smaller compared to those you find in a restaurant, they serve up a greater variety. Our favourite is their selection of lava cakes, and of the 11 unique flavours, we just love their White Chocolate and Raspberry version.
Combining smooth white chocolate with fresh raspberry bits, this berry-and-creamy duo is both refreshing and rich. They use fresh fruit throughout the recipe, mixed together with a very high quality white Belgian chocolate containing as much as 70% cocoa butter. And what is just as impressive is the way they capture that perfect lava flow.
