In partnership with Javara Indonesia, renowned for promoting natural and artisanal food products, the Pesona Rempah Afternoon Tea becomes a culinary journey, traversing Indonesia’s diverse regions from Papua to North Sumatra.
The modern Indonesian menu is a visual and flavourful spectacle, starring Javara’s remarkable ingredients like Papua’s bunga pala (mace), Lampung’s gula nipah (Nipah blossom nectar), North Sumatra’s andaliman (Batak pepper), Jambi’s cinnamon and East Nusa Tenggara’s sorghum.
Among the innovative sweets, the Kopi, Bunga Pala & Arenga Nectar entices with its tropical blend of cream infused with Balinese coffee and palm sap syrup. On the savoury side, relish in meticulously crafted treats such as the cassava spicy combro with fermented peanut and wild aromatic ginger and the white sorghum money bag with string chives.
