Led by Bar Manager Julian Brigget, formerly of Bar Trigona at Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur, Nautilus Bar has launched a new menu that showcases 16 innovative cocktails, each celebrating four iconic Indonesian spices: pepper, pandan, cinnamon and nutmeg.
The Pepper collection excites the palate with a fiery kick, with the standout Gatot blending buffalo trace cacao butter whisky, black pepper vermouth and cynar for a spicy yet smooth finish. The Pandan selection enchants with tropical elegance. Try the P&J, a refreshing mix of jackfruit, tequila, mezcal, pandan pistachio orgeat and coconut milk.
For a romantic touch, the Cinnamon drinks offer warmth and sophistication, with the Jas-Namon combining jasmine flower rum and cinnamon vermouth for a delicately sweet experience. The Nutmeg category, meanwhile, offers comforting sweetness, especially in the Gin-Melon, a bright mix of gin, watermelon soda and mace syrup.
