The menu features premium wagyu beef imported from boutique farms in Japan. Guests can choose from four broths: house special, konbu, sukiyaki or chicken collagen. Each broth provides a distinct flavour profile, ranging from light and clean to rich and comforting.
To make the experience more accessible during the day, Yugen offers a variety of menus. Highlights include Kagoshima beef with delicate marbling, the savoury Satsuma Gyu Nikomi Donabe Gohan finished with black truffle, and taiyaki filled with Azuki red bean, served with ice cream.
