“The idea of creating drinks for Woobar is fairly simple, but also complicated. We have to adhere to W Hotels’ standards, which is colourful and elegant but not overly sophisticated. This is why most of the drinks at W Bali – Seminyak are full of colours and easy to drink,” adds Villa.
At Woobar, there are seven signature drinks on offer and Frozen Coconut is one of the best-sellers. Inspired by the hot weather of Bali, the frozen drink combines rum, coconut liquor, simple syrup, lemon and raspberry purée and is served in W Bali – Seminyak’s iconic pink coconut. A brand-new signature drink on offer is Bohemian Sour. With gin, vodka, rum and pineapple lemon soda, this cocktail was created by Woobar just in time for W Bali – Seminyak’s annual summer party, SPF.
